Zampieri Bakery was a historic family-run bakery in Verona's Golosine neighbourhood. This documentary project follows ALAN, THE ONLY baker, through the final hours of a night's work, from 3 a.m. until the bakery opens at 7 a.m., after he had already been working since 2 a.m.

Captured just a few years before the bakery closed, these images tell a story of dedication, craftsmanship, and pride in a profession that demands long nights and hard work, yet remains deeply connected to the local community it serves.
